All-round competence
Our technical office, made up of 20 skilled engineers and software experts, designs all our machines in 3D using Inventor ®.
Our knowledge enables us to design equipment based on a detailed URS (User Requirements Specification) or simply on the information collected during a site survey. Our experience enables us to suggest the best solutions for the process required, designing the best equipment that is appropriately sized to fit the customers premises and capacity requirements. Our machines and equipment are designed in 3D using the Inventor® software suite, in accordance with the GMP and FDA standards.
The full manufacturing process takes place in our 15,000 sqm plant, where no material other than stainless steel is used to avoid cross contamination.
Production of each single piece begins in our material preparation area, using a modern laser cutter and machine tools controlled via CAD-CAM. The semi-finished pieces are then transferred to our welding and assembly department. This is the heart and soul of our company. More than 30 skilled welders operate automatic TIG welding and orbital welding machines to ensure excellent carpentry for the main body of all our equipment. The final production stage consists in assembly with commercial components, electrical and software installation, and final testing. Everything is performed in-house by our staff, enabling the total customization of our machines and full control over deliveries times. A team dedicated to external installation and validation will take care of all onsite activities.
Our dedicated team of experts is able to perform all the necessary installation activities.
We can take care of the positioning, the mechanical assembly and the electrical and pneumatic connection of every component. Software and process experts are involved in the commissioning and start-up of the machines, as well as in the customers personal training.
