Senna Inox has successfully completed the construction, delivery and on site commissioning of a CIP unit and heat setting solutions preparation tanks system used to supply fluids to a large spry dryer unit for a pharmaceutical company located in Switzerland.
The CIP unit, completely skid mounted, is equipped with two 1.500 liters insulated tanks for pure and mains water storage and recirculation, two heat exchangers and two detergent dosing stations.
The solution preparation system is mainly composed of no. 2 mixing dissolver, capacity 500 and 1.000 liters respectively, with independent heating and cooling system. The purpose of the system is to mix active pharmaceutical powders and fluids at controlled temperature to feed a spry dryer unit for final processing.
