RABS - Restricted Access Barrier System

Senna Inox has successfully completed the construction, delivery and testing of one RABS (Restricted Access Barrier System) for a pharmaceutical company located in Italy. 

The RABS is a fix structure made of Stainless Steel and tempered glass walls with gloves, divided into 5 sections, each one equipped with independent and adjustable flow LAF modules to manage different pressure each zone.

The RABS has been designed to segregate a vacuum filling line and operate with air overpressure respect to the outside environment. It is composed of an inlet pass box zone, a tank buffer zone, the vacuum filling section, a sealing section and outlet pass box. 

A set of 16 gloves holder rings and led lamps each section permit operators a safe operation of the filling line process. The 3D studio and the manufacturing of a real scale complete mock-up permit the simulation of all manual operation prior of the final construction of the unit. 

All RABS is a CFR 21 part 11 compliance software system.
