Washer for soft gel production line

In soft gel capsule production, it is essential to ensure high hygiene standards and fast production changeover times. During the production process, several components must be washed and dried, such as drying drums, trays, glycol-gelatin production tanks, storage bins, and machine parts. These elements, often large and delicate, require thorough but rapid washing in order not to slow down production.

To meet these needs, Senna Inox has developed washer/dryer systems specifically designed for the soft gel sector, engineered to handle both washing and drying of various production line components with a single machine. These solutions help reduce process times, optimize space in the production area, and ensure high cleaning standards.

The machines are available in different configurations: compact versions can handle up to 2 drums and approximately 54 trays, while larger models can process up to 6 drums and around 200 trays.The adoption of these systems allows soft gel capsule manufacturers to improve production efficiency, reduce sanitization times, and maintain consistent cleaning standards.
